Objectives:

To design an interior that embodies modern urban luxury while maintaining comfort and intimacy.
To craft a personalized environment that balances bold material contrasts with timeless elegance.
To express refinement through detail, proportion, and lighting.

Tasks:

Develop a design language combining modern minimalism with luxury craftsmanship.
Integrate statement materials: walnut wood, Nero Marquina and Calacatta marble, and brass accents.
Design custom furniture and decorative elements tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
Implement an ambient lighting system to enhance texture and spatial drama.

Challenges:

Achieving harmony between dark, rich materials and a sense of spaciousness.
Balancing artistic elements — such as sculptures and lighting — without visual clutter.
Creating a seamless flow between social and private zones within a compact urban footprint.
